We are looking for a “Business Line Manager” for our client who is one of the leading producers of thermoplastics in worldwide.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with business background or business studies with good technical understanding or comparable qualifications
Several years of experience in a comparable position in international sales, divisional management or business development with responsibility for revenue, ideally in a matrix organization
Fluent in Turkish, English and German, any other foreign language is an advantage
Knowledge of different distribution channels (trade, direct sales, etc.)
Experience in the plastics industry desirable
Knowledge in project management beneficial
Leadership experience is a mandatory requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION
Business development and distribution of plastic sheets to industrial customers for advertising and building construction in EMEA (signs and graphics, exterior wall covering as well as interior, wall and ceiling covering)
Establishing and expanding of networks and contacts with end customers (predominantly building construction industry), key accounts/OEMs and traders (predominantly advertising) by means of active relationship management (joint visits with the Regional Sales or KA/OEM manager)
Deep understanding of the segment (specifics of the market, distribution channels, etc.) and subsequently development of a strategy for the business line
Responsibility for revenue and turnover growth
Leadership and professional/personal development of directly and indirectly supervised employees
Close cooperation with the European sales organization (regional sales, field sales, customer service, key account management) to achieve revenue goals
Responsibility for the development and implementation of the strategy within the matrix organization
Defining revenue goals for the business line and contributing to the forecast/budget process in cooperation with Regional Sales
